Rebecca Caine, Nathan Martin & Guests
Sunday 12th December 2010 at 7pm
West End and Opera soprano Ms Rebecca Caine brought her acclaimed cabaret to the Waterloo East Theatre for the very first time. Rebecca presented highlights from her solo album ‘Leading Ladies’ and was joined at the piano by ‘twinkle-eyed’ Nathan Martin, plus two very special West End guests; Gina Beck & Annalene Beechey, who joined Rebecca for some exquisite harmonies.
Rebecca created the role of Cosette in the original London production of Les Miserables and has an extensive Opera career that has taken her around the world; and singer/pianist/Musical Director Nathan has performed extensively in concert and cabaret all over the world and has accompanied a wealth of international talent.
‘[Caine] displaying an impressive versatility and range … [Martin] with his laidback charm and twinkle-eyed banter providing the perfect foil for Caine in their duets … [Caine, Beechey & Beck] If anyone is going to ensure the reputation of soprano singing, I could well imagine it would be these three songbirds.’
‘… I can’t wait to hear more from the Three Sopranos!’
